One to two board meetings are generally held each month in the Olivenhain Municipal Water District boardroom unless otherwise indicated in the table below. Please see the table for details of upcoming and recent meetings.
Board meeting agendas and packets containing the staff reports are posted online the Friday before each board meeting. Please note that board packets are large files and may take time to download. Minutes are normally posted after board approval and signature.
Safety Committee meetings are held on the last Thursday of every second month in the OMWD boardroom, unless otherwise noted below. Committee packets may not be necessary for all committee meetings; they will be posted below in advance of the meeting if available.
The Finance Committee is comprised of OMWD’s Treasurer, one additional board member, and staff members appointed by the General Manager. The Finance Committee evaluates the safety of OMWD investments and reviews OMWD’s finances. Any matters of concern to the Finance Committee shall be reported to the board at the next scheduled board meeting.
