Olivenhain Municipal Water District’s office is located at 1966 Olivenhain Road, Encinitas, CA 92024. Please stop in during our regular office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Directions from your location are available via the interactive map below.
If it is outside our normal business hours and you need to report that there is no water service at your residence or business; report a water system emergency such as a broken water line, damaged fire hydrant, or other water system failures; or to report a wastewater issue in the 4S Ranch or Rancho Cielo service areas, please contact our emergency response dispatch center at 760-753-6466.
