An optional pre-bid conference has been scheduled at the 4S Ranch Water Reclamation Facility located at 16595 Dove Canyon Road, San Diego, CA 92127 at 10:00 a.m. on October 4, 2018. A field walk of the site will follow the conference. It is not mandatory that bidders attend the pre-bid conference.
Pre-bid questions must be received prior to 5:00 p.m. on October 16, 2018, in order to receive a response.
Request for Proposals for Planning and Final Design of Pressure Zone 386 Expansion Project

New and Remodeled Operations and Administration Facilities Project
In June 2018, OMWD requested applications from contractors interested in qualifying to bid on its New and Remodeled Operations and Administration Facilities located at 1966 Olivenhain Road, Encinitas, CA 92024. OMWD held a Mandatory Qualification Conference on July 10, 2018, and provided a review of the Qualification Questionnaire and a detailed explanation of the Contractor Evaluation Spreadsheet File. Applications were due July 26, 2018, at 2:00 p.m.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting for invited Prequalified Prime Contractors was scheduled at OMWD’s offices for Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. For a list of attendees, please view the sign-in sheet.
