Our free online billing and payment system is now available to avoid late fees and save time. New customers will need to enroll to view their account balance, access electronic billing statements, make one-time payments, or sign up for AutoPay.

Submit your payment by mail or in person at the OMWD office during working hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). A drive-up drop box is available in the parking lot near  the flag pole for after-hours payments. Please see driving directions to the office.

You may also sign up for our ongoing Direct Payment Program by printing and signing this form. The total amount due for your water bills will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on the 15th or 25th of the month. You will choose the date when you sign up for the program. If you are already signed up for this program, you should not sign up for it again through the online billing and payment system.

OMWD accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for credit card payments. There is a $4.95 convenience fee associated with each credit card transaction.
