The Olivenhain Municipal Water District Human Resources department functions as a strategic partner by providing a full range of services to employees and the public. Some of the services provided by Human Resources include employee and labor relations, classification and compensation, recruitment and selection, employee benefit programs, safety and risk management, policy development, and training.
Human Resources employees serve as advisors to all departments, thereby providing information that empowers managers, supervisors, and employees to meet the District’s strategic goals.
